These terms explain the service IntakeTrace provides, the way accounts and subscriptions work, and the boundaries your business should understand before using it.
Using IntakeTrace
IntakeTrace provides subscription software for repair and service businesses to document item condition, collect customer acknowledgments, track labor and parts, and create return receipts. You are responsible for your account, the information you enter, and the way your business uses the resulting records.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful business operations. Do not use IntakeTrace for fraud, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, unsafe instructions, unlawful discrimination, or content you do not have the right to collect, store, or share. Do not attempt to bypass account access controls or interfere with the service.
Plans and billing
IntakeTrace is one complete plan at $9.99 per month or $99 per year. It includes a 14-day free trial, every product feature, and no surprise usage overages. The supported Polsia checkout does not provide a self-serve cancellation or resumption control; contact intaketrace@polsia.app for supported account help. When a cancellation is confirmed, access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
Product limitations
IntakeTrace is not a repair shop, payment processor, accounting system, insurer, or legal service. An acknowledgment is not a legal signature, warranty, insurance decision, or legal advice. Your business remains responsible for repair decisions, estimates, charges, customer communication, records retention, and compliance.
Account security
Keep your credentials private and use IntakeTrace only from devices and accounts you control. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect the service, accounts, customers, or other users.
